STAT Uniform offers a large variety of programs, services, and customized group discounting. There are many options available to our customers, and we are always willing to look at your individual needs and create a NEW idea to meet your specific goals. Here are just some of the programs we currently participate in:

Nurse/Staff Recruiter Programs: STAT Uniforms will provide recruiters in hospitals, agencies and facilities with “Welcome to your New Job!” coupons, offering the new employee a one-time 20% discount on their entire uniform purchase to “get them started” on their uniform needs. This may be accompanied by a “welcome gift” such as a free pen, cup, or magnet, and would include a letter with directions to STAT Uniforms. This is a win-win offer, which gives STAT Uniforms a wonderful opportunity to advertise to new employees, gives the new employee a break on cost when they have not yet received a paycheck, and gives the hospital a chance to offer a little “gift” to the employee.

Special Orders: If you want it and we don’t have it, we’ll do what we can to get it. Bottom line. Petites, Talls, large quantities, bright orange Littmann stethoscope, Plus sizes, Wide Width shoes, low rise pants with a wide flare, bizarre colors– no requests are too unusual. There is no cost for special orders, and no obligation– we simply add your order in with our daily orders, and call you when it comes in. It is that simple. Oh– and we pay the postage and handling!

College/School/Group Fit Lines (In-House): We help the faculty or administration decide on an approved uniform for the students or employees. STAT Uniforms then orders a “fit line” of the complete uniform– one item in every style and every size– and displays it at the shop. Students/employees are given a deadline by which to visit STAT Uniforms and determine their correct size, and order/pay for their required uniforms, in order to have them by a pre-set date. This allows the college/facility to enforce requirements and ensure deadlines are met without having to be involved in any money-handling or try-ons.

College/School/Group Fit Lines (On-Site): We help the faculty or administration select an approved uniform for the students or employees, and order a fit line as above. STAT then brings the fit line TO the school/facility. Students/employees are required to be present at a designated time and are fitted for their uniforms. STAT handles the ordering of all items/sizing. Money is handled either later by STAT Uniforms when items are picked up AT the store, or is collected by the facility and invoiced. This allows the students/facility to be fitted on one quick occasion and is very convenient.

Orientation Presentation: STAT Uniforms can present the approved uniform requirements, explain all uniform needs, take orders, and answer questions at college/high school/program orientations on behalf of the facility at your request.

Conference/Seminar Table: STAT Uniforms occasionally attends conferences and seminars that pertain to the uniform industry (such as the Maryland Nursing Association), presenting our products and participating with donations to the cause, door prizes, and raffles. Contact us if you believe you have an event we would like to be a part of.

Group Discounts for Large Orders: If you have a large group or office who are all ordering the SAME items together or who will repeatedly purchase the SAME items throughout the year from STAT Uniforms, see the owner to determine if you are eligible for a group discount. Specific rules apply.

Group Embroidery: Want your whole office to look the same, and bear your logo with pride? We can outfit everyone in the same uniforms, and have the embroidery done for you!

Customer Appreciation Day: Facilities who repeatedly send their employees to STAT Uniforms on a regular basis, advertise on behalf of STAT when they hire new staff, and post fliers notifying employees of STAT Uniforms sales and location, may be eligible for a “customer appreciation day”. Specific rules apply. See owner to determine if your facility is eligible.

On-Site Sales: STAT Uniforms can come to your facility and do an on-site sale of scrubs, shoes, merchandise, and accessories. Restrictions apply, including facility must be of a certain size, and must allow Payroll Deduction. See owner for questions.
